Information and Communication Technologies 

Education:

-Become integral to the teaching-learning interaction 

-Such approaches as replacing chalkboards with interactive digital whiteboards

-The “flipped classroom” model where students watch lectures at home on the computer and use classroom time for more interactive exercises.

Business:

-ICT aids decision making in that an often quoted saying is ‘knowledge is power’ 

-ICT can help keep updated records on employees, competitors and customers.

-ICT helps employees and managers have information at the fingertips via business letters, reports and memos

Medicine:

-Body scanner sends electromagnetic rays through a patient’s body and sensors detect how much different parts of the body absorb the rays.

-Computers are used in hospitals to monitor critically ill patients in intensive care units.

-Computerised databases are used by every hospital in the country to store information about patients.

Communication:

-People communicate through emails, faxes, Mobile phones, texting services, video conferences, video chat rooms and social media channels.

-More emerging technologies will change the way we communicate and it will be up to us to embrace them or not

-Today, every business uses technology in its own way to reach the media and targeted consumers.

I think that technology is a very useful for a lot of things like the examples I put here, they are education, business, medicine and communication . The persons use more technology because is faster and you can do more things.
